Terms and Conditions
TRINITICA HOTEL – Costa Rica
1. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of $695 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before the arrival start date.
- For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival, full payment is required immediately.
- Payment plans may be arranged upon request. Missed or delayed installments may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.
2. Cancellation & Credit Policy
Participant Cancellations:
- More than 60 days before the arrival: Refund minus the deposit.
- 30–59 days before: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Less than 30 days: No refund available due to pre-booked services and limited capacity.
Note: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, refunds will not be issued. However, we are happy to offer a credit toward a future visit. We also strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance to protect your investment.
3. Travel, Visa & Entry Requirements (Costa Rica)
- Visitors are responsible for their own transportation, passports, and visa documentation.
- Most nationalities do not require a tourist visa for stays under 90 days in Costa Rica; however, it's the visitor's responsibility to confirm requirements before travel.
- Passports must have at least 6 months of validity from the retreat start date.
- Stay updated with Costa Rica's entry requirements, including any public health or COVID-related policies.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is recommended and must cover:
- Trip cancellation or delay
- Emergency medical expenses
- Personal liability
- Lost baggage or personal items
5. Liability Waiver
- Participation is at your own risk.
- By attending, you agree to waive, release, and hold harmless the organizers, facilitators, venue, and associated partners from any and all liability for injuries, loss, illness, or damages incurred during the visit.
- The organizers are not responsible for any travel disruptions, theft, accidents, or weather-related incidents.
6. Costa Rican Law & Local Compliance
- All guests are expected to comply with Costa Rican laws, including respect for local communities, environment, and customs.
- The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
- Failure to comply may result in removal from the location without refund and may carry legal consequences.
7. Code of Conduct
- We foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful retreat culture.
- Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may lead to dismissal from the location without refund.
- Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted; however, excessive drinking, harassment, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Participants are expected to honor the values of respect, compassion, personal growth, and emotional safety.
8. Force Majeure
- The organizers are not liable for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, travel bans, or force majeure events.
- In such cases, participants will be offered credit toward a future visit. Refunds will not be available.
9. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By booking your reservation and submitting payment, you:
- Confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
- Accept personal responsibility for your health, safety, and travel arrangements.
